About the Corona handling at Botanika for a safe stay.

Before your visit with us, you can find here some of the questions that are asked about Botanya's actions regarding Covid-19 and how we follow the guidelines and recommendations of the Public Health Authorities to ensure the well-being and health of our guests and our employees.
Welcome for a safe stay.
When visiting, we ask the company to keep a distance.
In Xampangerian and Highballer we have removed tables to increase distance.
We see it as self-evident that you as a guest are healthy. In case of any symptoms of cold, fever, sore throat, we are grateful that you stay at home. So do we.
Our employees continuously wash their hands with soap and water, between hand washing hand sanitizer is used as a complement.
Hand sanitizer is located in all public areas.
Do not visit us if you have been in contact with someone who has been found to be infected with Coronavirus, Covid-19.
Wash your hands often with soap and warm water, at least 20 seconds. Use hand sanitizer as a supplement.
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth, to health by touching, larger crowds
If you cough or sneeze, do so in the elbow or in a paper handkerchief that is thrown away immediately after use.
The maximum number is currently 4 people in the same company during restaurant visits.
However, a maximum of 8 persons remains valid for public gatherings.
In the case of meetings and conferences in our premises in groups larger than 8 people, these are allowed if they are closed and not freely available.

Our menu is on the blackboard in Xampangerian.
We have reduced the number of tables in our restaurants, both indoors and on the outdoor terrace.
We have hand sanitizer available in several places in the restaurant.
The maximum number in a restaurant is 4 people in the same company.
During breakfast we ask you to keep your distance and spread your hands off.
Our extended routines for cleaning public spaces also include all surfaces of our restaurant.
Right now, alcohol bans apply in Sweden from 20:00, which means that the restaurant closes at 20.00 and that the restaurant is empty at 20.30.
If you as a hotel guest would rather eat in your room, you can bring the food to your room.
We are more than happy to adapt to your needs, tell us how you want it so that you and your employees can feel safe with us. Coffee is served at a buffet.
Cancellation or rebooking

In case of a direct booking with us, you can cancel and rebook your stay until noon on the day of arrival free of charge.
If you have booked via Expedia, Booking, Hotels.com and others, please contact the supplier when their rules apply.
If you have booked a conference or meeting with us, the cancellation agreements apply as agreed.
